Outreach Center Scholarships

For scholarships requiring a General Application, first read the submission instructions relating to the version of application you are submitting (paper or electronic). General Applications, paper or electronic, must be submitted by the March 1 deadline. Only one General Application is required per student, be sure to include the checklist indicating the scholarships for which you would like to be considered.

For all other scholarships, instructions for applying will be noted or a separate application will be provided with the scholarship description.

Coeur d’Alene Alumni Scholarship          

To be eligible for this award, applicants must have completed at least one semester of course work through LCSC, be attending the LCSC-Coeur d’Alene Center, be classified as at least half-time, enrolled in six or more credits per semester, which includes credits from LCSC and NIC and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office. Award amount varies. A General Application is required and must be submitted by March 1.

Gretchen Dimico Memorial Scholarship          

To be eligible for this award, applicants must be a pursuing a degree in nursing at the LCSC-Coeur d’Alene Center, be classified as at least half-time, enrolled in six or more credits per semester, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and be a current or former member of a professional nursing organization. Applicants  must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office. Award amount varies. A General Application is required and must be submitted by March 1.

John R. Seaman Social Work Scholarship

To be eligible for this award, applicants must be pursuing a degree in social work at the LCSC-Coeur d'Alene Center, have completed at least 90 credits, be classified as a full-time student, enrolled in 12 or more credits, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Applicants must also submit a personal letter with their application describing why they have chosen a career in social work. A General Application is required and must be submitted by March 1.
