International Student Scholarships

International Out-of-State Tuition Scholarship

Lewis-Clark State College offers international out-of-state tuition scholarships to qualified international students.  To apply, interested students should submit a one-page statement describing their educational goals and reasons for choosing LCSC.  Application materials should be submitted to Jillian Burrus, International Student Advisor at jeburrus@lcsc.edu.  The application deadline is two weeks before the beginning of each semester.  Only students with a 2.5 grade point average (GPA) will be considered for the award.  This is a renewable semester award.  To receive the award for the duration of your enrollment at LCSC you must meet the following requirements:  maintain a 2.5 semester GPA, complete 12 or more credits each semester and volunteer a minimum of 10 hours per semester.  After two semesters of enrollment at LCSC, the scholarship amount can increase, dependent upon your cumulative GPA at the end of each semester.

The International Student Scholarship
          Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship was created for the purpose of offsetting the educationally-related expenses of an international student(s) attending Lewis-Clark State College.  Recipients of this scholarship must be classified as full-time student, carrying 12 or more credits per semester.  Recipients must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.  Preference will be given to international students, and to those students that demonstrate financial need, as determined by the International Student Services Office. The amount of the award is variable. A General Application is required and must be submitted by March 1st.
