Military Transcripts 

·        Official Military transcripts will be evaluated, and transferred into the students LCSC transcript after 12 college credits including 3 from LCSC have been completed. 

·        For Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers 50% of 32 or 16 credits will be transferred onto your LCSC transcript.  To have the remaining (up to 32 or 16 credits) military credits transferred you must meet with your academic advisor.  These additional credits can only be transferred in as equivalent to LCSC courses.  Only by a signature from an academic advisor will the registrar transcript these equitable credits.   

·        For Airman the following applies: The Community College of the Air Force meets regional accreditation requirements (SACS-CC) for associate of applied science degrees.  LCSC will transfer up to 70 credits from The Community College of the Air Force.   

·        For further details on the policy and procedure of assessment and transcription of credit for military training and experience go to: www.lcsc.edu/humanresources .  Go to faculty/staff handbook and find policy 2.120. 

·        To send your official military transcripts follow the procedures below: 

1.      If you were in the Army click here to request your official transcript to be sent to LCSC.  This link takes you to the AARTS processing center for Army transcripts.

2.      If you were in the Marine Corps, or Navy click here to download, fill out, print and send form to Pensacola, FL. Have transcripts sent to LCSC, Office of the Registrar, 500 8th Ave.  Lewiston, ID  83501.

3.      If you were in the Air Force click here to download, print, fill out, and send form to Maxwell AFB.

4.   If you were in the Coast Guard click here to download, fill out, and to send form to the USCG Institute.
