LCSC student and veteran Darrell Wagner has a remarkable story of perseverance. Upon receiving a baseball scholarship in 1988, Darrell Wagner moved from the Los Angeles area to Lewiston and enrolled at LCSC. He attended LCSC until 1990, playing baseball for the Warriors who won two national championships. Darrell left LCSC before completing his degree program and enlisted in the United States Air Force. Darrell served 22 years in the Air Force, which included deployments to Afghanistan and Qatar. He retired as a Master Sergeant in 2014 and returned to LCSC in 2014. Wagner is working to complete a bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration.
