Graduation Application Procedure

Step 1:  Instructions

Spring semester graduates:  Applications are due October 1st.
Fall semester graduates:  Applications are due March 1st.

1.  Complete an application for degree online and print a copy.

2.  Pay the $35 graduation application fee at the Controller's Office or LCSC-CDA Business Office.

3.  Meet with your advisor to discuss and sign your application and program evaluation (available on WarriorWeb).

  • If there are discrepancies on the evaluation, you and your advisor must have them resolved PRIOR to submitting the application to the Registrar.

  • If no program evaluation is available for your major, you must print/sign a program plan (instead of a program evaluation).

  • Your advisor will submit the application to the division office for processing.

4.  If you are seeking a minor, make sure the minor requirements are printed on the program evaluation AND your minor advisor and division chair have signed the application.

5.  The Registrar will review the application package and notify you of your graduation status via your LCMail e-mail address.

Coeur d'Alene Students:  If a final North Idaho College transcript has not been sent to LCSC, complete the NIC Transcript Release Form and submit it with your application.
