of Commencement to receive information about rehearsal
line-up and other last minute details!
ASLCSC GRADUATION BANQUET
The Associated Students of Lewis-Clark
State College will sponsor a Graduation Banquet
Thursday, May 16 at the Clearwater River Casino. A
no host social hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the
event beginning at 7:00 p.m. Graduates get one
free ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased
for $18 or two for $30. Tickets are available in
SUB 219. For more information, contact Brandon

GRADUATION BARBECUE
A barbecue will be held for graduates on
Friday, May 17th, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Graduates will receive 5 free tickets. Additional
tickets may be purchased in advance for $5.50 or $6.00
at the door. For more information, contact Brandon

COMMENCEMENT REHEARSAL
Commencement rehearsal will be held Friday,
May 17 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. PLAN TO ATTEND!! Graduates will
begin line up on the walkway between Reid Centennial Hall
and the Activity Center. Your early arrival
will be appreciated—practice begins promptly at 1:00 p.m.
The graduate procession order will be alphabetical by last
name, by major. If we have inclement weather, line up will
be held in the Auxiliary Gym.
COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
Commencement exercises are scheduled for
Friday, May 17. The ceremony will be held in the Activity
Center. Graduates must arrive at 5:00 p.m. to line up for
the procession. The processional parade begins promptly at
6:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather, commencement line up
will be held in the Activity Center West Gym
RECEPTION
A reception for graduates and their guests will immediately
follow the commencement ceremony in the Student Union
Building.
