Dress and Regalia
Commencement is a formal academic occasion. Graduates must be in proper academic regalia (cap, gown, stole and academic tassel) in order to participate in the activities. Graduates must pick up their caps and gowns before the day of the ceremony.

The tassel is worn on the right side of the mortarboard (cap) prior to the degree being conferred. The president will instruct you to move the tassel to the left side after the degrees have been conferred. Please click here for information about regalia ordering.
 

Cords and Tassels
Honor cords (President’s Honors, Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude) and tassels (Honors Program and Ambassadors) will be distributed at rehearsal. To determine eligibility for honor cords, visit the following website: http://www.lcsc.edu/registrar/grades-honors.htm.

Ordering Caps & Gowns
Lewiston Cap and Gown Orders:

Date: Wednesday, March 4
Time: 10:00am to 4:00pm (Jostens Rep on campus)
Location: LCSC Book Store - You may also order any time after this date through TBA
 

Coeur d'Alene Cap and Gown Orders:

Date: Saturday, February 28
Time: 10:00am to 2:00pm (Jostens Rep on campus)
Location: Harbor Center - You may also order any time after this date through TBA

Pricing is as follows:

$51.75 for a Bachelor Pac ( includes gown, cap, stole, tassel)
$28.75 for the Associate Pac ( includes gown, cap, tassel)
$23.00 for a Stole
$24.00 for a Gown
$6.00 for a Cap
$4.00 for a tassel
6.5% sales tax not included in price.
