| EXAM THREE FOR AMERICAN GOVERNMENT |

Dear Students: First, there will be NO FINAL EXAM for this course. I would rather have you focus your attention on completing your eighteen lesson assignments (concept and essay questions). A printed copy of the student answers to the concept and essay questions must be hand delivered, postmarked, or faxed (208-792-2571) to the instructor no later than Monday 12/17/07. See the syllabus if you have questions. Second, you may earn up to fifteen extra credit points added to your exam scores by taking one of the interactive debates (i.e. gun control) covered in class and evaluating the competing arguments and evidence underlying the issue. Make sure that you hand deliver, mail, or fax (208-792-2571) your work to me by 12/17/07. Third, you may fill out student evaluations for the course at http://www.lcsc.edu/sce and receive five points extra credit in the class. Just indicate that you filled out the course evaluations when you hand in your written assignments. Finally, I want to sincerely thank you for all your diligent and intelligent efforts in the class.
