The search committee will receive an email from Human Resources with the log in information to view the applications on ApplicantPro.  All search committee members will need to have a signed Confidentiality Agreement on file before being assigned applications.

If you would like Vikki Swift to come talk about the search process at your first search committee meeting, please contact her at

The search committee chair will need to consult with the appropriate Dean/Vice President/Provost/President before bringing candidates on campus and making an employment offer.  Human Resource Services will also need to be notified to send the electronic Background Check to the candidate before an offer has been made.
