Welcome to Institutional Research & Effectiveness


The mission of the Institutional Research & Effectiveness office is to provide high quality information which is both timely and easily accessible and to facilitate and enhance decision-making, strategic planning, and assessment at Lewis-Clark State College. The scope of the unit's responsibility embodies the college, state and federal agencies, and the general public.

The purpose of Institutional Research & Effectiveness is to advance the overall mission of Lewis-Clark State College by providing evidence of accountability, improvement, and effectiveness. The unit supports Institutional Effectiveness and Student Learning at Lewis-Clark State College through the following activities:

  • Analysis of student and employee perceptions and engagement; Accountability reporting; Support for program review; Strategic Planning
  • Accreditation Initiatives; Analysis of enrollment and demographic trends; Evaluation and analysis of efforts to improve student learning
