Help Desk
Mission

The mission of the Help Desk is to provide clients
with a single point of contact within the Information Technology department. The Help Desk
serves as a support center for the LCSC campus computing community by providing general
system information, responding to requests on procedural matters, logging and tracking
problems, and assuming responsibility for problem resolution. The Help Desk also provides
general Internet information, issues new user accounts, and offers training and
documentation on Internet applications.
