Question:
How do I request that a new software patch that I am aware of be
implemented?
Answer:
Since
patches come out quite often, and since not all patches affect
Lewis-Clark's use of Colleague, the IT Department has
regular/periodic schedules for installing patches. However, if
you are aware of a patch that has not yet been installed, and
feel that it should be installed prior to the next scheduled
update, submit a
Work Request Form via the normal
Work Request Process.
The Datatel Advisory Committee will review the request and prioritize it for IT work
scheduling.
