My password for WarriorWeb works
so why can't I log into my LCWarriorMail?
Your Mailbox says that it is full

My password for WarriorWeb
works so why can't I log into my LCWarriorMail?
ANSWER
WarriorWeb
and LCWarriorMail are two different systems with two different
passwords. Changing a password for one system will not change
it for the other.
For first
time access be sure to use the correct login information:
Login ID:
first initial, middle initial and full last name(ex: jdsmith)
Password: 6
digit birth date, January 1, 1979 (ex: 010179)
Students do not receive LCWarriorMail
accounts until after they have registered for classes.

Your Mailbox says

What do I do?
ANSWER
Go to E-mail on the left side pane.

Choose the
Folders option on the left side pane.

Hit the
Recalculate Quota button

Cannot send or receive
e-mail
ANSWER
If you are
over your mailbox quota then you won't be able to send or
receive e-mail. Even having one or two e-mails can cause the
mailbox to be full if those e-mails contain large attachments.
Be sure to check the Size column to determine if any saved
e-mails are filling up your inbox. To check the size of all
folders while in your Inbox go to -> Tools tab -> "Folders"
option and check each folder.

How do I change my
password?
ANSWER
Access your
Personal Public Profile by clicking MyCruiser -> Personal Tools

In the left
Side Bar area, click the Change Password option in the Personal
Profile menu.

In the
bottom right corner click the Profile option

In the left
Side Bar area, click the Change Password option in the Personal
Profile menu.

Step 1:
Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.
Step 2:
Enter your new password in the "New Password" field.
Step 3:
Enter your new password again in the "Re-enter New Password"
field.
If you
supplied the wrong current password, or your new password and
re-entered password do not match, an error will be displayed.
Repeat this procedure starting with step 3.
If all
information has been entered successfully, then your edits will
be saved and a confirmation message will be displayed.
Click Save
to save your edits.
