Lewis-Clark State College has a Campus license agreement with
Microsoft. This license provides the College with the ability to
deploy a select group of Microsoft products by paying a single
annualized fee based on our FTE (Full-Time Equivalent, Faculty
and Staff) count.
The Microsoft Campus License
Agreement covers all college owned computers. The contract also
includes Work at Home
rights for Office Professional Products for current LCSC
faculty and staff, granting "faculty and staff the right to run
the software covered under the agreement for school-related
activities on a computer they own." This means that as a current
staff or faculty member you may upgrade or install Office
Professional on your home system if you use that system for
LCSC work related purposes.
Please note that there are
very specific and binding license requirements in effect between
Lewis-Clark State College and the Microsoft Corporation.
Participation in the program demands that the user follow these
licensing requirements in their entirety. Requirements are set
forth in the User Agreement segment of the installation
process. Users are strongly encouraged to review these
requirements carefully before installing software, as both the
individual and Lewis-Clark State College are responsible to
comply with licensing requirements.
