Job Description:
Courtney provides consultation and technical support in resolving computer problems with IT systems and equipment, and she plans and administers special projects. She is also an administrator for the student e-mail system LCMail. In addition, Courtney is the Manager of the IT Helpdesk.
Bio:
Courtney began her career in technology as a workstudy for the University of Idaho in 2003. She has worked as a PC Technician and IT Customer Service Consultant at LCSC. Since July 2010, she has been working as the IT Helpdesk Manager.
