How do I request that a new software patch that I am aware of be implemented?
Since patches come out quite often, and since not all patches affect Lewis-Clark's use of Colleague, the IT Department has regular/periodic schedules for installing patches. However, if you are aware of a patch that has not yet been installed, and feel that it should be installed prior to the next scheduled update, submit a Work Request Form via Colleague. The Data Advisory Committee will review the request and prioritize it for IT work scheduling.
What is the Data Advisory Committee (DAC)?
DAC has representatives from the primary users of Ellucian Colleague -- LCSC's enterprise system. Please visit DAC website on the LCSC intranet.
