As the name implies, PEG is a public channel open to local government offices, schools, and community groups.  Currently, the channel operates a 24 hour readerboard of upcoming community events, airs weekly live Lewiston Council meetings, and hosts the informational program "City Beat".  

The PEG channel also carries programs such as "Inside LCSC".  This a program that is hosted by President Dene Thomas and features an inside look at Lewis-Clark State College.

We want to continue to add programs throughout the coming years, programs which will inform the people who live in the Valley   We believe that you, the people, have a big role to play in that process.   Think of the civic and community groups of which you are a part...
Do you:
     Have information which would enrich the lives of Valley       residents?
     Have a taped program from your national headquarters to       show?
     Want to reach cable viewers with that information?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you need to become involved with PEG.  Any area resident may use PEG for either announcements or programming.  Announcements must be submitted in writing ( IT Media Services, LCSC- 500 8th Avenue - Lewiston), email (Lnorris@lcsc.edu) or fax (792-2175) to Lawrence Norris fourteen days in advance of the event.  Information must include name and phone number of contact person.  For information on the rules and regulations, please contact Lawrence at 792-2392.
