Online Course Development is devoted to providing superior customer service, support and resources to Lewis-Clark State College faculty members. OCD provides Lewis-Clark State College with an on-campus resource for exploring and integrating interactive media as a powerful tool for teaching and learning.

Our facilities are located in the library building. The lab provides faculty with the latest equipment and software to enhance both teaching and learning. The lab serves three primary functions:

1) provides an area for faculty to work independently,
2) provides an area for OCD staff to develop and produce new courses and instructional materials and
3) provides support in the form of instructional design and course development, WebCT administration, and on-call support for students and faculty working in the online teaching medium.

This web site is another link between OCD and Lewis-Clark State College faculty and staff and helps make OCD a one-stop facility for all "teaching with technology" needs.

OCD strives to cater to individual faculty needs and to find the best "mix" of technological integration for individual courses and curricula in a traditional classroom environment and on the World Wide Web. Superior customer service is our first goal as we provide faculty with the necessary tools and support to integrate technology into their instructional activities.
