CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION
Registration requests will be processed when payment is received. Symposium
participation will be limited to the first 250 registrants. Walk-in
registrants will be considered only if space is available. Cancellation
Policy: Refunds are available, less a $50 handling fee, for written
cancellations received before February 26. Refunds will not be available
after this date.
MEALS
Symposium registration includes continental breakfast on March 5 and 6,
lunch on March 4,5 and 6, and a banquet dinner on March 5. Call our office
to indicate any disability that will require special assistance, if you need
an interpreter or if you have special dietary needs.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Passages '99 will be held at the Red Lion Hotel and Convention Center, 621
21st St., Lewiston, Idaho. A block of rooms has been reserved for Symposium
participants on a first-come, first-served basis at a special conference
rate of $55/single, $59/double. Reservations are the responsibility of
participants.
