Interlibrary Loan Requests

LCSC students, faculty and staff members may use this form to request items.  LCSC Alumni and members of the community need to contact their local public library for interlibrary loan service. 

 

Note:  You must have an active LCSC Library card in order to submit your Interlibrary Loan request.  Please contact the LCSC Circulation Desk for more information regarding LCSC Library Card registration, 208-792-2396, circdesk@lcsc.edu

For items not available at the LCSC Library, every attempt will be made to borrow requested materials from libraries that do not charge fees.  However, at times items are only available at libraries that charge fees.  Fees charged by lending libraries range from $3 - $20.

The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other  than private study, scholarship, or research."
