For items not available at the LCSC Library, every attempt will be made to borrow requested
materials from libraries that do not charge fees.  However, at times items are only available at
libraries that charge fees.   Fees charged by lending libraries range from $3 to $20.

The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of
photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the
law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these
