InfoTrac Educators - Designed for professional educators. A much smaller collection of articles than in the ERIC database (below), but it provides the full-text of many of the articles.
ERIC - Contains citations and abstracts from almost 1000 education-related journals. Citations to the contents of ERIC Documents, including conference papers and curriculum suggestions. The LCSC Library has most recent ERIC Documents, full-text, on microfiche. Ask a Reference Librarian for assistance with this database!

Child Care & Early Education Research Connections - a multidisciplinary database of over 10,000 resources, including journal articles, reports, and datasets from research projects. Maintained by the National Center for Children in Poverty at Columbia University, the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
Teacher's Domain : Multimedia resources for the classroom and professional development - Provided by WGBH, the PBS station in Boston. Most materials are for science subjects. User needs to register (for free).
USA.gov - A search engine for U.S. Government Web pages, including reports from the Department of Education.
