WIN is the Washington-Idaho Network of libraries.  Besides LCSC and the University of Idaho, the network includes

• VALNet (the local network of public and school libraries),

• Gonzaga University

• North Idaho College

• Whitworth College

• CIN (a network of public and school libraries in North Idaho, similar to VALNet).

These libraries cooperate by sharing their catalogs in a database, by not charging borrowing fees to patrons of the other libraries in the network, and by operating a courier service between libraries.  Of course, they will still charge fees if items you borrow from them are overdue!

You will notice that Washington State University is not a member of this network.  If you order materials from WSU, they will charge a hefty fee to lend items to you.
