FACILITY USE PROCEDURES
The Lewis-Clark State College Center for Arts & History building is available for housing small recitals, receptions, and other events. The following event specifications will help you determine whether or not the Center for Arts & History is an appropriate venue for your event.

  • Lecture Style Seating for 40 people
    Padded, folding Chairs available for use

  • Standing Receptions for 125 people or less
    2 banquet tables for catered fare available
    for use

  • Seated Receptions, not requiring a common focal area, for 48 people
    2 banquet tables for catered fare, 8 round tables and padded, folding chairs are available for use

  • Recitals with Lecture Style Seating for 40 people Padded, folding chairs are available for use

If your event fits within our specifications please contact our business office, at least 14 working days prior to event date, to check on availability.  A signed Building Use Form, accompanied with payment, is necessary to confirm you reservation; reservations cannot be secured without payment and signed forms.
