Programs Volunteer
1.
Please check-in at the volunteer booth 15 minutes prior to your
assigned shift and pick up your credentials.
2.
You will be assigned to either the Main Gate (located under the
Harris Field Main Entrance), at the Left Field Entrance (off of 11th
Ave.), or selling to people in the grand stand.
3.
You will be given a small apron with the necessary change to start
your shift.
4.
Extra program supplies will be kept in the volunteer booth.
5.
If you are running low on programs-
a. Please tell the manager at the left field concessions to
contact the volunteer booth.
b. If you are at the main gate please contact the volunteer
booth.
6.
PROGRAMS are $5 - firm. NO ONE GETS A FREE PROGRAM.
7.
You will be asked to periodically turn your cash over to bank
personnel, for accounting purposes. They will have official
credentials and generally travel in pairs.
8.
Do not leave Harris Field with your apron and money.
9.
When your shift is over please return your apron, change, and extra
program supplies to the volunteer booth. |
