LCSC students and faculty to offer stress reduction information during Nov. 7 event

LEWISTON, Idaho – To raise awareness about the dangers associated with stress, Lewis-Clark State College students and faculty in the Movement & Sports Sciences and Nursing & Health divisions will provide information about how to reduce stress on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the LCSC Student Union Building solarium.

The event, which is free and open to the public, is part of National Stress Awareness Day, which falls on the first Wednesday in November. There will be information and activities available on stress reduction. The solarium is located in the SUB basement on the south side.
