Welcome to the dissemination site for the project, "Creating a Regional Workforce for Rural Manufacturing."  On April 25th 2011 Lewis-Clark State College Workforce Training (LCSC) received notification of a National Science Foundation Advanced Technology Education Program grant award in the amount of $200,000.  The funding is in support of the development and implementation of a model designed to increase the availability of employees for small manufacturers who are located in a rural setting.  The project is slated to run over a 36 month period, ending in July 2014.
