BSN Basic Track Application Process

Admissions are held
twice annually. The application windows are:
September 1st - 15th
January 15th - February 1st
The application process is competitive with an emphasis for admission placed on the accumulated grades in the natural sciences. A requirement for application is for students to have earned a grade of "C" or better in the science classes of organic and biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pathophysiology, and genetics.
Other requirements for application are discussed at length in the application including the nursing entrance test, certification as a nursing assistant, and the minimum GPA stipulation.
Applications are examined when received. If there is a problem with the application, you will be contacted by administrative personnel. There is no need to call to check on this. Nurse Entrance Test scores are reported directly to the nursing offices; there is no need to call to report them.
Nursing advisors are available for questions should you have them. If you have a nursing advisor, please contact them. If you do not have an advisor assigned, the easiest method to contact us is to send an email with your information and questions
