Thank you for your interest in the RN to BSN track at LCSC. We'd like to highlight a few points about LCSC and our RN to BSN track.
Academic Excellence: Through a dynamic and innovative curriculum, the Lewis-Clark State College nursing faculty stimulates a commitment to lifelong learning, challenging you to pursue academic excellence and to provide high-quality, professional nursing care. The BSN program is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and approved by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
Flexible Scheduling & Online Option: To accommodate working professionals, we offer flexible scheduling and the option for course delivery in an online format. All nursing and support courses needed for completion of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree are available online. We are connecting learning to life and strive to make the courses meaningful for practicing RNs. There are two clinical courses and you should be able to complete the clinical requirements at an agency near your local area.
Affordable: LCSC remains the most affordable public college/university in Idaho. LCSC provides a quality education at a fair price. Part time students, both resident and nonresident, pay a fee of $273 per credit hour plus course fees (AY2011-2012). (See

Discovery and Exploration: Captains Meriwether Lewis and William Clark conducted an epic journey of discovery and exploration of our country in 1804. With the same spirit of discovery and exploration, you will be collaborating with caring nursing faculty and students from around Idaho and the country as you progress along the path to complete your Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.
