NxLeveL Online for Facilitators
What does NxLeveL Online "look" like?
The course is totally online using Blackboard Learn and includes instructor and guest speaker videos that are about 20 minutes in length for each of the 12 sessions. The NxLeveL Online text book, work book and resource materials are embedded in the course. There is a discussion board for participants and facilitators to discuss business planning concepts and process.
This is in keeping with NxLeveL live classes where the three-hour class is broken into three one- hour sections: instructor topics, guest speaker, and participant work sessions. Participants in the live classes like the opportunity to network with other business owners and entrepreneurs. Participants in our online class like the discussion board for the same reason.
Homework is assigned and collected through the assignment drop-box each week and then sent back to the participants with written comments by the facilitator. Many facilitators use Adobe Professional so they can send audio clips of their plan review comments back to the participant. This adds a personal touch to the process and makes the class more fun and interactive for the participants.
