Office of Student Life -->
Disability Services
The Office of Disability Services for Students
mission is to assist in creating an accessible
college community where students with disabilities
have an equal opportunity to fully participate in
all aspects of the educational environment. We
collaborate through partnerships with students,
faculty, and staff to promote students'
independence and to ensure recognition of their
abilities - not disabilities.
The Office of Disability Services for Students
vision is a college community where a disability
is neutral; a community where services are
integrated throughout the college such that only
unique and uncommon accommodations and services
are provided through the Office of Disability
Services. We envision a college where the
enrollment of students with disabilities is
comparable to the occurrence of disability in the
general population.
