The charge for seeing the nurse is $15 and the office visit with a provider is $45.  Additional charges for laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and medical procedures will be added to the price of the office visit.

  At the time of scheduled appointments, the Student Health Services - Technical Records Specialist II (SHS-TRSII) will collected all co-pays and the student's portion after insurance.  If covered by the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) claims will be submitted by the SHS-TRSII.

Student Health Services does not bill private insurance.  Patients with outside insurance will be responsible to pay at time of service and may personally submit a claim for reimbursement.
