Students covered under SHIP receive services at Student Health Services paid at 100%; Exclusion of elective and preexisting conditions.

Preventative is limited to one test per policy year. Includes but not limited to the following:
Preventative Care: Includes Woman's Wellness Exams, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Screening, Annual Blood Work and Prostate Screenings.

If covered by the SHIP…                                                              Student Health Servcies will submit all covered claims to AmeriBen. Claims that are not covered under SHIP should be paid at time of service.

If you have outside coverage…
Student Health Services does not bill private insurance nor do we contract; we are considered out-of-network.  Patients with outside insurance will be responsible to pay at time of service and may personally submit a claim for reimbursement.

Provider Visit: $55
Nursing Visit: $18

Additional charges for laboratory and medical procedures will be added to the price of the office visit.
