Prices are based on the time and difficulty of each service provided.  There are additional charges for laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, etc.  At the time of scheduled appointments, the SHS Technical Records Specialist II will collected all co-pays and the student's portion after insurance.  SHS will only bill Consolidated Health Plans Insurance (SHIP) and patients with outside insurance will be responsible to pay at time of service and may submit a claim for reimbursement.
