|Description||A summer fitness workout class will be offered. The course will be taught by TBA. The price for a session is $15 or both sessions for $25. Session I will go from May 15-June 21, every Tuesday/Thursday from 12p-12:50p.
Participants will be able to give feedback on the first day of class as to what they would ultimately like the class to include, but what has been discussed so far is doing a variety of activities that would include Pilates, body sculpting (weight training, cardio), and maybe some circuit training. There should be enough flexibility in the course for varying fitness experience levels.
