| Description | UI 4.x is the web interface for Datatel Colleague. This course is designed to teach you how to log in and use the features of UI 4.1 and UI 4.2. The web interface UI 4.x versions have the same basic functionality as the desktop interface that you used (i.e. the “Datatel” icon on your desktop), but the look and feel have been updated to be more industry-standard and user-friendly. There are also some key differences in the way that person records are handled, which this course will demonstrate. The course is hands-on and includes a workbook and exercises that can be completed during class.
Course Objectives:
1. Perform tasks in Datatel Colleague using UI 4.1 and/or UI 4.2.
2. Use enhanced features to make your Datatel Colleague usage more effective.
Audience:
Anyone who currently has Datatel Colleague access (i.e. anyone who currently can log into the “Datatel” icon on his/her desktop). Before attending, participants must have already completed the online FERPA tutorial available from WarriorWeb. |
