Course Banners and Welcome Messages in BbLearn

Create an attractive course banner using PowerPoint software,
and learn how to create a course welcome message that contains
formatted text and an image of you. Learn two ways to add a
banner to your online course.
Learning Objectives:
1. Apply color and style to a text box in PowerPoint to create a
decorative banner
2. Apply text formatting and style to create a decorative title
3. Add an image to the banner
4. Save the banner as an image file
5. Upload the banner to Blackboard using the Customization menu
6. Add the banner, a welcome message, and a picture of yourself
by creating a content item

4. Create a custom banner and save it as a .jpg
