State Board of Education
Equity Study
The State Board heard a report from the board-appointed group (comprised of three board members and staff) who reviewed the presidents' recommendations and the MGT study. Their report raised additional questions that now require review by the provosts and financial vice presidents.
Student Fees
Idahos economic outlook is not good. The general sense is that institutions should be making plans for larger budget holdbacks and requesting substantial fee increases. The presidents will serve notice in November that they will be requesting more than the ten percent cap now on student fee increase requests.
