Provost's Council
The Provost's Council shall advise the Provost and
provide a communication forum for the following:
1. Recommending and implementing academic policies
and procedures
2. Managing personnel policies
3. Evaluating program quality and effectiveness
4. Developing academic affairs' budget priorities
5. Implementing strategic planning and budget initiatives
6. Recommending budget priorities
7. Addressing issues of importance to the College
Membership: Dean,
Professional-Technical Programs; Dean,
Community Programs; Dean, Academic Programs; Dean, Student Services;
Director, Coeur d'Alene; and Provost. The Provost shall
chair the Council and prepare the agenda. Appropriate other individuals
may participate in the Council's discussions at the invitation of the
Council
Operations: The Council shall meet
bi-weekly.
