The Professional-Technical Education Center (PTEC) provides services to applicants and students to support them in their preparation, entry, retention and completion of professional-technical education programs at Lewis-Clark State College - The PTEC also includes:

·        Professional Technical Student Interview

·        Center for New Directions

·        Learning Resource Center

·        Testing Center

PTEC - The Center for New Directions helps single parents, displaced homemakers/ workers who are in transition become personally and economically self-sufficient.  

PTEC - The Learning Resource Center offers tutoring and basic support for the LCSC Professional-Technical students. 

PTEC - The Testing Center serves LCSC students and the community. It provides a wide variety of tests including the COMPASS placement test, Test of Essential Academic Skills for nursing (TEAS), Test of Essential Academic Skills for Radiography (HOBET), Proctored exams and many more tests.
