Agenda
Visitors should be dropped off at
the east entrance to the Activity Center where
tour guides will be waiting -- parking for
buses, vans and automobiles has been arranged in
the Wittman Parking Lot at the corner of 11th
Avenue and 4th Streets (see Campus
Map link on the left).
9:00am Students and
high school counselors/teachers congregate in
the Activity Center to receive packets of
information and fill out Discover More Cards.
9:30am Welcome Address,
Poster Contest and Scholarship Winners Announced
and T-Shirt Toss
9:45am First group departs for
program tours.
9:45am Second group remains in Activity
Center for the Tech Prep presentation, then departs for Campus
Tour and Industry Exhibits.
For all high school counselors,
teachers and bus drivers who do not wish to tour
programs with their students, we will have a
special VIP room in the Williams Conference
Center
where you can have a Continental Breakfast and
room to relax or do paperwork if you wish.
11:05am First group returns to
Activity Center gym. Second group returns to
Activity Center Staging Area
11:20am Second group
departs
for program tours.
11:20am First group remains
in the Activity Center for the Tech Prep
presentation, then departs for Campus Tour and
Industry Exhibits
12:45- All students, counselors
and teachers will have pizza lunch in
the Activity Center.
1:15pm
Buses begin pick up of students at east entrance
of Activity Center.
Buses having to travel the farthest will pickup
students first. If your
school must depart prior to 1:15pm, the students
can take their pizza and
soda on the bus to eat en route back to
their school.
