Parrish House is located about 1.5 blocks from campus and is for upperclassman students who agree to live in a quiet building. On the main floor is a large lounge with a 50" flat screen TV, full kitchen and dining area. Laundry is free and washers and dryers are located in the basement. Every bedroom in Parrish is different, so we do not have a floor plan for a 'typical' room. Because there is a full kitchen, students are not required to purchase a meal plan.

Parrish is a popular hall for upperclass students who want a quieter place to live with more freedom, but are not yet ready to move off campus. Groups of friends choose to move here to live together in a small community. There is a large table in the dining/living room where students study in groups. People who choose to live in Parrish must sign a House Agreement, consenting to live by the rules and standards of the community.

Residence Life does not place incoming freshmen in Parrish, however transfer students are welcome to select Parrish as their first preference. Placement in Parrish will depend on space availability, as we allow returning students to choose their bedspace in March before we assign new students to rooms.
