Occupancy: 92, coed by wing, mostly double rooms with some singles and some triples. There are 3 RA's and an RD in the building.

Meal Plan: Choice of #1 or #2 required

Cost: $1,600 per semester for a space in a double room, meal plan extra.

Talkington Hall was built in 1930. This classic building has a welcoming main lobby with sofas and a piano. Students live in double and single rooms with a main lounge where students hang out and do homework, and another lounge where students can play games and watch TV on a 50-inch flatscreen. There is a small kitchen where students can make late night food, but students who live in Talkington must purchse a meal plan.  

Over the past few years the building has been updated, with refinished hardwood floors in most bedrooms, new windows and carpet. An elevator was installed during fall 2011 semester. Please refer to the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ for further information.
