Students with Disabilities in the Residence Halls

Students with a Disability

LCSC’s Disability Services staff and Residence Life work together to ensure that students with disabilities can participate in all Residence Life programs.  We reserve accessible rooms in all of our halls except for Parrish House and the International Living Learning Community.

If you have a disability and will need to request reasonable modifications for housing, please indicate this on the License Agreement and contact Disability Services immediately. Medical documentation may be required. Once the Disability Intake Form has been completed, Disability Services will contact Residence Life to communicate the accomodations needed.

Please note that timely housing applications and requests for accessibility are critical if you wish to have accessible housing when you arrive on campus. LCSC Residence Life accepts License Agreements beginning in mid-November for the next fall semester.  In the past we typically reach capacity in early April and begin a waiting list for housing.  Accomodations are made once a student has been offered a space in a residence hall.
