Please see below for a drawing of a suite. A typical suite has 4 bedrooms, not three, but this will give you an idea of the suite layout. Furniture is included in the suite as shown.

Clearwater features wireless internet connectivity in each of the 32
furnished suites as well as local telephone service and television cable hookup.
The suites have a common
kitchen/living area with microwave and full size refrigerator. The bedrooms are all
single and each bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair. The bedrooms each have wireless internet connection and television cable
hookup. The living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two
chairs. This is the only fully furnished facility LCSC has to offer. Join us in
this beautiful hall. Most newer computers are compatible with the wireless
internet. If you have an older computer, Wireless internet cards may be purchased at Walmart; Model # WDA1320 for $39.88 for desktop computers and Wireless G Laptop

The building is a beautiful addition to downtown Lewiston and for residents of Lewis-Clark State College. Apply now for this new facility by completing a housing application. Parking is FREE in one of the downtown municipal lots, provided you move your car once every 24-hour period.
The Clearwater Hall lower level lounge has a large sofa, flat screen TV, large study tables and chairs, foosball table and a ping pong table. RAs use the lounge to provide programs for residents.
