College Place Residence Hall
Each of the 22 suites includes a living room, kitchenette with double sink, refrigerator and microwave, a bathroom w/separate shower, toilet and sinks and 4 single bedrooms. The internet connection is changing to wireless in June 2007. You will need to have a wireless card in your computer. The wireless internet cards may be purchased at Walmart; Model # WDA1320 for $39.88 for desktop computers and Wireless G Laptop Adapter, WNA1330, D-Link Laptop $39.88. TV cable hookups are provided in each bedroom. One telephone is provided in the suite which allows local calling. If you need to phone long distance, please purchase a calling card to do so.
The building has a common lounge and laundry room on the first floor, next door to the Office of Residence Life. A big screen television, couches, study tables and vending machines are located in the student lounge.
Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building but you will need to purchase a parking permit from the Office of Security on the LCSC campus. Typical prices are $45 for the year. To apply for this hall, please click on the link provided - application for residence halls. Thank you.
