Dear LCSC Student:

In follow up to Lewis-Clark State College’s November 2, 2009 notice of change in management, the owner of College Place Residence Hall has retained a professional management group to manage College Place. The management group has experience in the Lewiston community and is preparing to undertake management in mid-December. The owner of College Place has had a long term relationship with the new management group and is familiar with the quality of its services. The management group is part of The Hotel Group, of Edmonds Washington. Contact information is provided below.

Steps have been taken by the owner to provide for an easy transition. The policies and procedures for College Place Residence Hall will be similar to what has been in place under the past management by Lewis-Clark State College. As we work to finalize its policies and procedures we will continue to update you.   Our goal is to continue to provide quality student housing for LCSC students and make this transition as seamless as possible. 

The semester rates communicated by Lewis-Clark State College at the beginning of the school year will remain in place. Please forward notice of your intent to remain in College Place Residence Hall by December 1, 2009. Contact information for your notice is below.
