for Summer Housing
The rates set for the suite-style residence
halls for summer are listed below. The first rate table
shows rates for individuals or groups. The second table
shows rates for individual families.
If your group is larger than 50
people, please email our office at:
reslife@lcsc.edu. To
confirm a reservation, you must provide a credit card. If you need to cancel, you must notify Residence Life at
208-792-2053 or email: reslife@lcsc.edu ten (10) days
prior to your stay to cancel the reservation and not be
charged.
Clearwater Hall residence has 32 suites. The summer rooms are shared living room/kitchenette & bathroom
surrounded by 4 single bedrooms. We will only place
members of the same group in a suite. The suites are all
air-conditioned, have wireless internet access, full size
refrigerators and microwaves. TV hookups are live but
televisions are not provided. Shower curtains and mats
are included in the suite rental along with toilet paper and
paper towels.
If you do not rent a linen pack (below), you
will need to provide your own bed and bath linens. Most summer
stays bring a sleeping bag, pillow and their own towels.

We will have
rooms available for those needing rooms for the NAIA World
Series
Each hall
has a laundry facility. You are welcome to
use the facilities at no charge,
although you will need to provide your
own detergent.
