All Agreements are for the full academic year,
but are billed by the semester. Please make sure you read
the Appplication and License Agreement carefully before signing up to live in the residence
halls. It is important that you understand the License Agreement and we
encourage you to contact us if you have questions or concerns.
The rates above do NOT include the $25
semester activity fee which helps support RA programming and the Residence
Hall Association. Both groups provide activities for you to enjoy while
living on campus.
* Clearwater Hall provides 32 suites, most of
which have 4 single bedrooms with a shared living area, kitchenette and
bathroom. It is the responsibility of the residents living in the suite to
keep the suite clean. Each month we do one night of "suite-checks" to
assure everything is clean and that you are living in a healthy environment. You are notified well in advance (typically one week ahead) of the date and time
of the suite checks. Please make sure you set up a cleaning schedule with
your suitemates so everyone does their share.
** Parrish House is an Honors House for
upperclassmen with a 2.8 or above GPA, which houses 28 residents. This is
the only hall that does not require purchasing a meal plan. Each month we do one night of "roomchecks" to
assure everything is clean and that you are living in a healthy environment. You are notified well in advance (typically one week ahead) of the date and time
of the room checks. Please make sure you set up a cleaning schedule with
your roommates so everyone does their share.
