Roommates

Our staff understands that your student may never have shared a bedroom before.  Moving into a residence hall and living with someone new is an exciting and scary experience.  We provide all roommates with a Roommate Starter Kit, which is a list of questions to talk about during the first few days after moving in.  The questions are meant to open dialogue between the students and have them talk about expectations.  Encourage your student to use this tool to start the communication and if additional help is still needed, have your student talk to their Resident Assistant.
