Room Rates - Fall 2007 & Spring 2008
Prices are subject to change without notice

If you choose the ACADEMIC YEAR or 12 MONTH rate on your application, you will need to pay the entire amount during registration in August.  If you pay by the semester, the fees are due in August and January during registration.  Please make sure you read the TERMS & CONDITIONS before submitting your application.  If you choose the academic year or 12 month, the cancellation dates on the Terms & Conditions are in effect.  This means that if you decide to move out at semester, you will forfeit the hall fee you paid for second semester.

If you have already signed up for the semester rate and want to change to the academic year rate, please contact the Office of Residence Life in writing at 500 8th Ave., Lewiston, ID  83501 or email reslife@lcsc.edu

Estimates of Meal Plan Rates for 2007-2008 (Meal Plans for Fall 08 available in June 2008)
There are NO MEAL PLANS for Summer Stays

Plan A - Unlimited Dinners + $350 Flex dollars $1,250 $1,250 $2,500
Plan B - Unlimited Dinners + $250 flex dollars $1,150 $1,150 $2,300
Plan C - Unlimited Dinners + $200 Flex dollars $1,100 $1,100 $2,200
College Place & Clearwater Hall ONLY
Plan D - 80 Meal Block + $200 flex dollars
$975 $975 $1,950

Unlimited Dinners - The dinners are all you care to eat 7 nights per week and also include BRUNCH on Saturday and Sunday.  The FLEX dollars are used to purchase breakfast or lunches during the week on campus.  The meal plans only work on campus.

Meal Plan D - The 80 Meals include 7 dinners per week and 2 Brunches (Saturday & Sunday).  There are 16 weeks in the semester, so if the student ate dinner 5 nights per week every week of the semester, the meal block would be completed and the student would need to use FLEX dollars to purchase meals from that point forward.

FLEX DOLLARS - The Flex Dollars are used to purchase breakfasts and lunches.  Flex dollars can be added to, but cannot be reimbursed if remaining dollars are left at the end of the school year in May.  The dollars can be carried forward from fall semester to spring semester.

Room Rates are effective for the 2007-2008 academic year and are subject to change without notice.  For information on terminating, please see the TERMS & CONDITIONS sheet.  The housing contract is a lease, and is not easily terminated.
