We depend on your feedback to provide quality courses that meet your needs.  Please take a few minutes to complete this Course Evaluation so that your instructors and LCSC’s administrators can assess strengths, areas for improvement, and utilize other ideas to increase the quality of our programs. Your responses are confidential and anonymous.  Once you click on the final “submit” button, all links between your responses and your name/ID are automatically severed.  The system tracks if you have submitted an evaluation, but all responses are anonymous when collected in the database.  (If you are the only student who submits a Course Evaluation for a particular course, the results will not be forwarded to instructors without your permission.) The Course Evaluation system is voluntary.  You may leave responses on individual items blank if they do not apply or if you do not wish to comment on an area.
